SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a control device and to a control method for controlling a dynamic power module mounted on a vehicle and to a control device for a system in which the internal state changes over time. Control device includes a processor configured to calculate an estimated disturbance portion value in the transition of the internal state of the dynamic power module based on the last internal state and the last control input, by means of which the internal state is controlled, to determine the control input so as to minimize the difference relative to the control input reference value, by which internal state becomes preset internal state, provided that the sum of the estimated value of the fraction and the value of the constraint conditional expression, when there are no disturbances at a given moment in time, is equal to or greater than the value obtained as a result of reducing the last value of the constraint conditional expression by a given ratio, and control dynamic power module in accordance with certain control input.
EFFECT: providing a control device and a control method which enable to restrain dissatisfaction with the state constraint relative to the internal state of the system, even when the control device controls the dynamic power module mounted on the vehicle with discrete time.
