FIELD: computer engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering and can be used in quantum communication systems, telecommunication technologies and a quantum computer for checking the quality of noise-like signals in secret communication nodes and checking physical randomness in quantum random number generators. Signal is processed in the form of pulse with amplitude of corresponding sequence of random bits coming from RNG, by normalizing the pulse amplitude, multiplexing with a pulse from any control sequence and excluding random numbers of RNG for which the accumulated sum of the resulting pulse multiplications deviates beyond the allowable value.
EFFECT: high privacy and protection from external noise generation of random numbers.
