SUBSTANCE: invention relates to washing vehicles. Brush comprises bearing part (30) having lengthwise length and defining rotation axis (34), several brush segments (40), which are located in axial direction next to each other and each of which contains cleaning elements (58), and drive device (56). At least one brush segment (40) comprises rotary device (42) with rotating frame (44), on which are indirectly or directly fixed cleaning elements (58) of brush segment (40) and which interacts with drive device (56) for drive of rotating carcass (44) around brush axis (40) axis (54) different from axis (34) of rotation. Rotary device (42) makes it possible to turn rotating frame (44) relative to bearing part (30) around axis (34) of rotation, and brush segment (40) comprises at least one return device (122, 124) with return element (126), against which action rotary device (42) is able to rotate relative to bearing part (30) in direction (106, 108) of rotation. Return element comprises or represents torsion spring (130), which by one side is connected to rotary device (42), and other side - with fixed retaining element (136) for rotation of rotary device (42) and retaining element (136) relative to each other. Invention relates to vehicle processing plant.
