FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a surgical catch having an internal and pre-tensioned anti-rotation node. Surgical grip for placing the handle shaft for joint rotation and placing the medical tool with the possibility of transmitting the torque has a support bushing, on which at least one engaging structural element provided for engagement of the handle shaft is installed so that at least one engaging structural element can be brought into engaged and disengaged position in operating condition, in which dismantling of the surgical grip is excluded. At least one engaging structural element can be brought into contact with activating unit, which is located between support bushing and external actuating bushing, at the control of which at least one engaging structural element with the help of the activating unit can be engaged or disengaged by the anti-rotation assembly existing inside the actuating bushing, which in operating condition, being pre-tensioned with a spring, acts on the activating assembly so that the activating assembly is retained with rotation protection relative to the support bushing.
EFFECT: invention is characterized by that the surgical grip is hygienic and easy to sterilize, prevents gripping of objects, has high stability and provides safe operation and disassembly, due to which it can also be disassembled without tools.
