FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, namely to a surgical instrument system. Said surgical instrument system comprises a handle, a first shaft and a second shaft. Said handle contains an electric motor and an actuator. Above actuator is configured to drive the electric motor. Said first shaft attached to the handle contains the first end effector and the first drive system. Said first end effector comprises a first stop and a first cartridge with staples. Above first drive system is configured to perform the functions of the first end effector. Said first drive system is designed to interact when working with the electric motor, moreover, the electric motor is configured to operate in the first direction to perform the functions of the first end effector. Above second shaft, attached to the handle instead of the first shaft, contains a second end effector and a second drive system. Said second end effector contains a second stop and a second cartridge with staples. Said second drive system is configured to perform the functions of the second end effector. Above second drive system is designed to interact when working with the electric motor, moreover, the electric motor is configured to operate in the second direction to perform the functions of the second end effector. Functions of the first end effector comprise moving the first stop in the direction of the first cartridge with staples. Functions of the second end effector comprises moving the second stop towards the second cartridge with staples. Second direction is opposite to the first direction. Above handle contains at least one sensor configured to detect whether the first or second shaft has been attached to the handle, and to transmit this information to a microprocessor. Said microprocessor is designed so that when the actuator comes into action to perform the functions of the first or second end effector, the microprocessor turns the electric motor in the first direction or in the second direction, depending on whether the first or second shaft is respectively attached to the handle. In the second embodiment, the surgical instrument system comprises the above handle, the first shaft and the second shaft. Said electric motor is configured to perform the first and second number of rotations to perform the functions of the first and second end effector. Functions of the first end effector comprise moving said first stop in the direction of said first cartridge with staples. Functions of the second end effector comprise moving said second stop towards the second cartridge with staples. Further, the first number of rotations is different from the second number of rotations. This group of inventions is characterized by the presence of a microprocessor in the handle, which can regulate the direction of rotation of the motor, in particular in response to information about which shaft is currently attached.
EFFECT: proposed is a surgical instrument system (options).
