FIELD: applicable as surgical coating material for penetration of surgical instrument. SUBSTANCE: the device has a hose, having an outlet on its peripheral end for insertion in the incision made on the patient's body. The outlet opening provides for an access to the patient's body cavity. The device comprises also a packing means of the outlet opening for insertion in the incision. The device has an inlet opening located on the nearest end of the hose and an inlet packing means for packing the device in the region of the inlet opening. When gas under pressure is available in the patient's body cavity, the outlet and inlet packing means prevent essential gas leakage from the patient's body cavity, while the inlet packing means provides for an access of the surgeon's hand or surgical instrument and creates packing around the upper part of the hand remaining beyond the inlet passage device.
