SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an oligonucleotide primer for detecting Erysiphe necator fungus, selected from a group consisting of: (I) oligonucleotides with the nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO: 1, 3, 4 or 5; (II) oligonucleotides with a nucleotide sequence which is complementary to the nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO: 1, 3, 4 or 5; (III) oligonucleotides with a nucleotide sequence of at least 10 contiguous oligonucleotide oligonucleotides SEQ ID NO: 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 or from complementary nucleotide sequences thereof, except for (a) a specific oligonucleotide with the nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO: 2 and (b) a specific oligonucleotide with a nucleotide sequence tcactctgtc, a pair of oligonucleotide primers for detecting Erysiphe necator fungus, consisting of one direct oligonucleotide primer and one reverse oligonucleotide primer, oligonucleotide probe for Erysiphe necator fungus detection, method for specific quantitative determination of Erysiphe necator fungus, diagnostic kit, used for detection and/or quantitative determination of Erysiphe necator fungus, including at least one oligonucleotide primer according to para. 1 or a pair of oligonucleotide primers as per pp. 2 and 3.
EFFECT: present invention relates to means, methods and sets for specific detection of powdery mildew agent of grapes, Erysiphe necator fungus.
