SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of detecting c.-124 C>T and c.-146 C>T mutations in a Htert gene promoter. Said method uses a reaction composition which contains amplification primers and genotyping probes. Method, gene sequences, compositions and set according to this invention can be successfully used for detection of trace amounts of c.-124 C>T and c.-146 C>T mutations, present in biological samples, due to their high sensitivity and specificity to such mutations.
EFFECT: present invention can therefore be used for early detection, identification, detection of recurrences or prediction and monitoring of diseases associated with these mutations, and as a result, provide a basis for producing the corresponding treatment.
