FIELD: molecular biology.

SUBSTANCE: described is a method for analysing somatic mutations in IDH1 and IDH2 genes using LNA-blocking PCR and hybridisation with a biological microchip, involving the use of oligonucleotides with sequences SEQ ID NO: 1 – SEQ ID NO: 19. A set of said synthetic oligonucleotides is also described. Achieved is possibility of detection of 5 somatic mutations R132H (c.395G>A), R132S (c.394C>A), R132G (c.394C>G), R132L (c.395G>T), R132C (c.394C>T) in the IDH1 gene; and 2 mutations R172K (c.515G>A), R172S(c.516G>C) in the IDH2 gene, including at low representation of mutant allele (1-2%).

EFFECT: enabling detection of said mutations.
