SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of genetics, molecular biology and medicine. Method for detecting somatic mutations is proposed Q209P (s. 626A>C), Q209L (s. 626A>T), Q209R (s. 626A>G) in the gene GNAQ and Q209L (s. 626A>T), Q209P (s. 626A>C) in the gene GNA11. Carry out the amplification of fragments of the genes GNAQ and GNA11 using LNA-blocking multiplex "nest" PCR. Biochip is used to identify somatic mutations in the GNAQ and GNA11 genes and hybridization of labeled PCR product on the biochip. Record the results of hybridization.
EFFECT: invention provides the creation of an analysis method that allows to detect 5 somatic mutations in a short time and with little material costs.
