FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to X-ray imaging devices. Device comprises an X-ray source (XR) for emitting an X-ray beam, an X-ray detector (D) arranged opposite said X-ray source relative to the analysed region for positioning the object being visualized, and an interferometer (IF) placed at least partially in the X-ray beam during operation, for imaging by differential phase contrast and/or dark field imaging, between X-ray source (XR) and X-ray detector, wherein the interferometer (IF) comprises at least one grating (G1) for modulating the X-ray radiation with an interference pattern recorded by the X-ray detector, wherein the occupied area of the at least one array is smaller than the area of the radiation-sensitive region of the X-ray detector. Device is configured to cause during movement of movement of at least one array in scanning movement on the field of view for scanning relative to the X-ray detector, while the X-ray detector remains fixed relative to the analysed region, and with possibility to perform scanning movement of at least one grid along the bent trajectory.

EFFECT: use of the invention widens the range of means for X-ray imaging.
