SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composite tooling for molding products from polymer composite materials. The effect is achieved by composite tooling for molding products from polymer composite materials, which includes a base. At the same time, the base is made in the form of a three-layer honeycomb panel, on the surface of which U-shaped beams are installed. The products defining the shaping contour, base skins and U-shaped beams are made of fiber-reinforced plastic. Inside the beams, fiberglass honeycomb is glued, forming a multilayer honeycomb structure when glued to the base. In the corner fragments of the shaping contour of the tooling, a part of the honeycomb core and reinforced plastic of the U-shaped beams, corresponding to the contour of the thermally expandable elements, is removed, and corner thermally expanding elements made of a material with a high value of the thermal coefficient of linear expansion are installed through the separating layers.

EFFECT: reduction of efforts during the removal of the molded part, reduction of the probability of its damage and increase in the service life of the tooling.
