METHOD OF TREATING PATIENTS WITH DETECTED OPHTHALMIC HYPERTENSION SYNDROME OF ACCOMMODATION OVERSTRAIN Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC A61F9/00 A61B3/09 A61B3/16 A61P27/10 A61P27/06 A61K31/5575 A61K31/573

Abstract RU 2720453 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to ophthalmology. For the treatment of the patients with the detected ophthalmic hypertension syndrome of the accommodation overstrain, one month before the LAZIK keratorefraction or FemtoLAZIK operations, if the habitual over-voltage and/or the accommodation weakness are determined according to the accomodographics data and values of corneal-compensated intraocular pressure 18 mm Hg and above treatment is performed in the form of Irifrin and Prolatan instillations for a month. Oftan-Dexamethasone is instilled, which is prescribed on the following postoperative day. One week after the initiation of Dexamethasone instillation, the values of the corneal-compensated intraocular pressure level are determined, and if its value is less than 18 mm Hg instillations of Dexamethasone are continued, and if 18 mm Hg is detected and above, Dexamethasone is replaced with Broxinac instillation. A month after the operation, the values of habitual excess tension and/or accommodation weakness and corneal-compensated intraocular pressure values are repeatedly determined, and if the accommodative response coefficient is less than 0.4, microfluctation coefficient more than 65 and values of cornea-compensated intraocular pressure 18 mm Hg and above treatment is carried out for one month in the form of instillations of Irifrin and Prolatan, if observing values of corneal-compensated intraocular pressure 18 mm Hg and above, and if the microfluctation coefficient is more than 65, treatment is carried out in the form of Prolatan instillations for one month, if the accommodative response coefficient values are less than 0.4, the microfluctation coefficient is more than 65 with intraocular pressure values lower than 18 mm Hg treatment is performed in the form of instillations in evening Irifrin for one month.

EFFECT: method enables to obtain stable refractive results after the excimer laser surgery in the patients with the detected ophthalmic hypertension syndrome of the accommodation overstrain.
