FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to neurosurgery, and can be used in neurosurgical treatment of patients with head, skull and dura mater damage caused by deep burn injury. Necrotized soft tissues of the head, skull bones, dura mater and necrotic cerebral cortex are removed. After the granulation surface is formed on the brain tissue, a splitted skin autologous transplant is transplanted, and a lumbar drainage is simultaneously established.
EFFECT: method provides performing dura mater and scalp plasty with minimal meningitis risks and maximally fast graft survival by forming a granulation surface, a split autologous skin graft and lumbar drainage installation.
