FIELD: computer equipment.
SUBSTANCE: system for detecting pollution on the sea surface, adapted for installation on a sea vessel, comprises a detector with lidar for providing digital data on contamination, relating to pollution in a certain area on the way of sea vessel; a positioning system for providing location information; a timer for providing a digital timestamp; computer for collecting, merging and storing digital data; wherein the computer is configured for: implementing a robust hashing algorithm over contamination data with associated location data and a timestamp, to create a digest, to perform the encryption function above the digest using the secret key (sk) and to store the digital data and the encrypted digest in the database.
EFFECT: technical result consists in remote detection of pollution on sea surface.
