SUBSTANCE: display substrate includes a base substrate, having a pixel array region and a peripheral region, a first scanning excitation circuit, a plurality of power lines, a first group of signal lines and a second group of signal lines located in the peripheral region and located on the first side of the base substrate.
EFFECT: technical result consists in excluding the effect of static electricity generated at the moment of power supply to the device, on the corresponding signals, increasing accuracy of the output signal output by means of the excitation scanning circuit.
