SUBSTANCE: invention relates to display technology and, in particular, relates to a display substrate and a method for making the same, and to a display device. The effect is achieved by the fact that in a plane parallel to the display substrate, the display substrate contains a plurality of gate buses, a plurality of data transmission lines, a plurality of power supply buses and a plurality of subpixels that are located on the base substrate, wherein at least one subpixel contains a light emitting device and a control circuit, configured to control the light emitting device to emit light, and the control circuit includes a plurality of transistors and a storage capacitor. In a plane perpendicular to the display substrate, the display substrate comprises a base substrate and a plurality of functional layers, the plurality of functional layers comprising a semiconductor layer, a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer, a third conductive layer, and a fourth conductive layer arranged in series; a first insulating layer, a second insulating layer, a third insulating layer, and a fourth insulating layer disposed respectively between the plurality of functional layers; moreover, in the direction of passage of the gate rail, the power rails are connected to each other via at least one functional layer.
EFFECT: increase the resolution of the display.
