FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: plant includes a plant for complex preparation of gas, units for production of synthesis gas and synthesis of methanol, preparation of water and methanation. During plant operation, flare gas supplied from complex gas preparation unit is mixed with deionized water coming from water preparation unit which is supplied with balanced amount of water and the aqueous condensate from synthesis gas production block and methanol synthesis. Deionization can be supplied directly from water preparation unit to synthesis gas production unit and methanol synthesis, where deizate and flare gas are heated, converted together into synthesis gas which is dried and converted into catalyst, from which methanol is recovered and supplied to complex gas preparation plant, and exhaust gas is fed to complex gas preparation plant after methanation of carbon oxides.
EFFECT: increase yield of commercial gas, elimination of flare gas combustion, use of methanol from the outside.
