FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used to determine chemical involvement of a chemoluminescence activator in a lipoperoxidase reaction. That is ensured by studying a lipoperoxidase reaction and recording several spectra of optical density at different concentrations of the studied activator and peroxidase enzyme. Participation/non-participation of the analysed chemiluminescence activator is determined based on analysis of a series of spectra of optical density of the reaction mixture recorded at the time of spectrum recording - 1 minute, recording speed - 5 nm/s, discrete (pitch) - 0.5 or 1 nm, wavelength range - 300–600 nm. Concentration of chemiluminescence activator and enzyme-peroxidase is calculated based on the obtained results.

EFFECT: invention provides selecting an optimum chemiluminescence activator when studying peroxidase reactions catalysed by different enzymes or agents of inorganic nature.
