FIELD: biochemistry, enzymology. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for investigation of regulatory mechanism of activity of enzymes - soluble form of guanylate cyclase, glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase and -adenosine-5'-triphosphatase. Invention involves the use of derivatives of 1,2,5-oxadiazolo- -[3,4-o]pyridazine-5,6-dioxide of the general formula (I) as activators of soluble guanylate cyclase and inhibitors of glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase and the use of 4,7-dimethyl-1,2,5-oxadiazolo[3,4-o] pyridazine-1,5,6-trioxide as an activator of -ATPase and an inhibitor of alcohol dehydrogenase. Derivatives of 1,2,5-oxadiazolo[3,4-o] pyridazine- -5,6-dioxide of the general formula (I) exhibit regulatory effect on nucleotide-dependent enzyme being more expressed as compared with that in prototype.
