FIELD: household items and household appliances.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to household kitchen electrical appliances for food products preparation. Disclosed is a food product blender which has an optical analysis system comprising a sensor module having a light source and an optical sensor for detecting reflected light and a control reflector. At least one of the sensor module and the reference reflector is mounted on the rotating blade of the blender based on the container of the blender.
EFFECT: technical result is providing the best location for the optical analysis system and efficiency of its operation, since this area is foam-free.
