SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. Method includes steps of: sending, by a network device, a subframe configuration message to at least two terminal devices, wherein the subframe configuration message comprises the subframe type of the first subframes part in the target frame and is used to indicate to configure the subframe type of the first subframe part in the target frame so that said terminal devices transmit information in the same direction in any subframe of the first subframe part in the target frame; wherein the same direction includes at least one of an uplink direction and a downlink direction; wherein the first part of subframes relates to specific subframes in the frame, and the first part of subframes in the target frame is used to transmit common information; sending, by the network device, downlink control information to one terminal device from said at least two terminal devices, wherein the downlink control information comprises a subframe type, which relates to the second subframe part in the target frame, to indicate to the terminal device to configure the subframe part type of the second subframe part in the target frame; wherein second part of subframes is part or all subframes different from first part of subframes in target frame.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of noise level of general information transfer in TDD communication system.
