Transmission method involves: determining, by the terminal device, a first transmission method for transmitting uplink target information in a first unit of time different from the second transmission method for transmitting uplink target information in a second time unit, wherein the first method and the second transmission method includes a method for uplink processing of uplink target information, wherein the first preprocessing method for the first transmission method is different from the second preprocessing method for the second transmission method and the time duration for transmitting the uplink target information in the second unit of time is different from the time for transmitting the uplink target information in the first unit of time; and sending, by the terminal device, the uplink target information to the network device by the first transmission method, wherein in response to determining that the uplink target information type is periodic channel state information (CSI), first preprocessing method involves selecting information with highest priority in periodic CSI for transmission.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of flexibility of allocation of time resources for sending uplink target information.
