FIELD: electronic equipment.
SUBSTANCE: electrosurgical cable, which does not create an electromagnetic field around itself (zero electromagnetic pollution). Cable consists of internal insulator with built-in conductor located inside insulator outer tube with built-in second conductor. Dimensions and materials of conductors and insulators are selected so that voltage applied to inner conductor is higher than breakdown voltage, and voltage supplied to gas gap inside electrosurgical cable is lower than breakdown voltage. Therefore, while the discharge tip is discharged on the tip of the electrosurgical cable, the breakdown is eliminated inside the cable.
EFFECT: invention provides a completely screened cable, which reduces the risk of involvement of people involved in the electrosurgical procedure.
