SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound of formula (I) or a tautomeric form thereof, a stereoisomer, a solvate or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, where in said formula ---- is a single bond or a double bond; X is selected from -O- or -N-; n equals 0–1; R 1 is C1-C8-alkyl; R2 and R3 are selected independently from hydrogen, halogen, hydroxy, C1-C8-halogenalkyl, independently substituted with up to three halogen atoms selected from fluorine, chlorine, bromine or iodine, C1-C8-alkoxy, C1-C8-haloalkoxy; R4 is selected from C1-C8-alkyl, C3-C8-cycloalkyl, C3-C8-cycloalkylalkyl, C6-C18-aryl, C2-C18-heteroaryl or C1-C8-haloalkyl, where alkyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl, aryl and heteroaryl independently are unsubstituted or substituted by up to three substituents independently selected from halogen, C1-C8-alkyl and cyano, and where heteroaryl contains up to three heteroatoms selected from O, N or S atoms; Z is selected from hydrogen, -CH2OR5, -COOR5, -CONR5R6, -NHCOOR5 or -NHCOR5, where R5 and R6 are independently selected from hydrogen, C6-C18-aryl or C1-C8-alkyl; where R5 and R6 are optionally substituted with one or more substitutes selected from hydroxy, oxo (=O) or C1-C8-alkyl. Invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition based on said compounds.
