FIELD: organic chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound of formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, where, independently for each case, ring A is a condensed cyclopropyl or 4–6-member heterocycloalkyl ring containing 1–2 oxygen atoms; ring B is an unsubstituted phenyl or 5–6 membered monocyclic heteroaryl ring, containing 1–2 heteroatoms selected from nitrogen and sulfur; ring C is selected from substituted phenyl or substituted pyridine, structures of which are specified in claim 1. Invention also relates to specific compounds described by formula I, a pharmaceutical composition based on described compounds, method for inhibiting voltage-dependent sodium ion channel and method of treating said diseases, based on use of compound of formula I.

EFFECT: obtaining novel heterocyclic compounds which inhibit voltage-dependent ion sodium channel NaV 1.7.
