FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, namely to a guide system for dental surgery. Guide system for dental surgery is used together with surgical tip for surgical operation, namely, for forming a canal in a patient's jaw bone configured to receive a dental implant. Guide system for dental surgery includes a surgical template, a tip fixator. Surgical template is configured to be fixed within the oral cavity of the patient. Surgical template comprises a hole, one or more guide templates and a template limiter. Hole is aligned with the surgical axis, namely the implantation axis, with respect to dental implantation, to enable the passage of the surgical instrument, namely, for creating a canal in patient's jaw bone along implantation axis. Each guide of the template has its longitudinal axis aligned parallel to the surgical axis and shifted relative to it. Fixator of the tip is made with possibility of attachment to the surgical tip. Holder of the tip includes one or more guiding tips and a limiter of the tip. Each guide of the tip is designed so that to enable engagement with the corresponding template guide. Interaction between the tip guide(s) and the template guide(s) limits the lateral position and axial orientation of the surgical instrument relative to the surgical template during the surgical operation, namely, during creation of canal in patient's jaw bone. Template limiter and the tip limiter are configured to interact to limit the position to which the surgical instrument can progress precisely when creating the canal in the patient's jawbone. Top of the guide tip can slide down from the top of the template guide. Surgical template is used together with a guide system for dental surgery and a surgical tip for performing a surgical operation, namely for forming a canal in the patient's jaw bone with the possibility of receiving a dental implant. Surgical template is configured to be secured within the patient's oral cavity and comprises a hole, one or more guide templates and a template limiter. Hole is aligned with the surgical axis, namely the implantation axis applied to the dental implantation, to enable the passage of the surgical instrument, namely for creating a canal in the patient's jaw bone along the implantation axis. Each guide of the template has its longitudinal axis aligned parallel to the surgical axis and shifted relative to it. Guide system for dental surgery additionally includes a latch retainer configured to be attached to a surgical tip. Holder of the tip includes one or more guiding tips and a limiter of the tip. Each guide of the tip is designed so that to enable engagement with the corresponding template guide. Interaction between the tip guide(s) and the template guide(s) limits the lateral position and the axial orientation of the surgical instrument relative to the surgical template during the surgical operation, namely when creating the canal in the patient's jawbone. Template limiter and the tip limiter are configured to interact to limit the position to which the surgical instrument can approach during the surgical operation, namely when creating canal in jaw bone. Upper part of the guide tip can slide down from the upper part of the guide of the template.
EFFECT: use of inventions enables providing accuracy, ease of use, accessibility to the surgical site and small size for dental surgery in relation to the posterior part of the oral cavity of the patient.
