SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgical dentistry and morphological studies in medicine, and is intended for carrying out navigational trephine biopsy of the jaw bones in the presence of structural changes in the jaw. Surgical navigation template for navigational trephine biopsy of the jaw bones made by the method of volumetric prototyping from photopolymer resin using optical impressions of plaster models of the dentition of the corresponding patient's jaw, transferring the impressions into digital models in the format. stl and loading from it into the virtual planning program, performing cone-beam computed tomography, the results of which in dcm format are loaded into the virtual planning program, where optical impression data and computed tomography data are combined, creating a 3D model of a navigational surgical template for conducting a navigational trephine biopsy jaws in the format. stl, based on the data obtained and the virtual position of the trephine needle, while in its structure the surgical navigation template contains a splint, the inner surface of which is congruent with the surface of the teeth of the corresponding jaw of the patient and the adjacent mucous membrane of the alveolar process of the upper jaw or the alveolar part of the lower jaw, also there is a hole in the tire into which a guide metal sleeve is installed, the direction and height of which corresponds to the area of the jaw in the area of which the resection is planned, its inner diameter corresponds to the outer diameter of the instrument planned to be used for the resection as part of a surgical dental resection operation.
EFFECT: invention provides creation of a surgical navigation template for performing surgical dental resection operations in a given direction, taking into account the anatomical and topographic features of the jaw individually for each patient.
