SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgical dentistry, and discloses a method for prediction of engraftment or rejection of a dental implant. Method consists in the fact that whole capillary blood is sampled from the patient's gum, the solution containing antibiotics selected from penicillin and streptomycin is added, then sterile filings of dental implants are added and cultivated in a thermostat, then a precipitate is isolated and spontaneous and antigen-induced antigens are determined in the form of sterile filings of dental implants, the blast transformation of lymphocytes with subsequent counting of lymphocytes and their blast forms, and in the presence of blast forms of lymphocytes more than 20 % of the total number of microscopically recorded negative prediction of implant engraftment is stated.

EFFECT: invention enables higher prediction accuracy and can be used for prediction of complications of dental implantation at preoperative stage.
