FIELD: medicine; immunology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used to produce an adjuvant composition. Adjuvant composition includes a pH-sensitive carrier; and at least one substance selected from a group consisting of aluminum hydroxide and aluminum phosphate. In which the pH-sensitive carrier contains at least one pH-sensitive compound selected from a group consisting of deoxycholic acid, cholic acid, ursodeoxycholic acid, chenodeoxycholic acid, gideoxycholic acid, higher bile acid, glycodeoxycholic acid, glycyrrhizic acid, glycyrrhetinic acid and salts thereof. Where one amphipathic substance is selected from a group consisting of phosphatidylcholine containing only an acyl group containing 10 to 12 carbon atoms, polyoxyethylene sorbitan ester and mono-fatty acid containing an acyl group containing 12 to 18 carbon atoms, a sorbitan ester and a fatty acid containing an acyl group only, containing 16 to 18 carbon atoms, glycerol monooleate, glycerol dilaurate, glycerol distearate, glycerol dioleate, polyoxyethylene castor oil and α-tocopherol. pH-sensitive carrier demonstrates effect of membrane destruction function promotion. Aluminum-containing substance is contained in amount of 1 to 100 mcg, per aluminum metal, per 100 nmol of amphipathic substance. Group of inventions also relates to a composition containing said adjuvant and antigen.
EFFECT: use of this group of inventions enables to obtain an adjuvant which induces cell-mediated immunity effectively through cross-presentation of the antigen.
