SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to cosmetology, physiotherapy exercises. Disclosed is a face muscle training simulator comprising a body and a protrusion on the upper part of the body. Body has a curved shape with anatomical curves along the shape of the cheek bones along the lower and lateral surfaces, and the protrusion is bent along the horizontal axis and has a wing shape. Also proposed is a simulator with the above features, in which a projection made in the form of a slingshot is placed on the upper part.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides strengthening of all central muscles of the face, zygomaticus major and zygomaticus minor muscles, buccinators, nasalis muscle, levator labii superioris, depressor labii inferioris, levator anguli oris muscles, chin muscles, orbicularis oris muscle, smoothing wrinkles "puppets", wrinkles "half-moon", smoothing of corrugations in nasolabial fold and chin, extension of all central facial muscles, removal of hypertension, correcting asymmetry, forming a correct lip contour, forming a volume of bilges, lifting the central and lower one-third of the face, smoothening, prevention of age-related changes of chin and nose shape, more productive recovery after the diseases that cause imbalance of muscles of face and neck, and incorrectly performed cosmetology procedures, prevention of ptosis.
