SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine, cosmetology, therapeutic exercises and can be used for strengthening the central part of the face, shaping sculpted bilges, smooth oval face, tightening of middle and lower one-third of face. Simulator for training muscles of face consists of handle and two branches, characterized in that branches are oval, tapering to point of connection with handle, equidistant from point of connection with handle, wherein the simulator is made from an elastic silicone polymer. Facial muscles training method is carried out with the following stages: installation of a training apparatus for training the facial muscles into the oral cavity so that the oval shape of the protrusions provides resistance within the buccal muscle within the buccal cavity; performance of exercises aimed at movement with cheeks number of 5–50 times; moving the exercise device forward beyond the handle so that the oval parts of the simulator continue to resist inside the oral cavity.
EFFECT: method and device enable to strengthen a central part of face; perform lifting of middle and lower thirds of face.
