FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, cosmetology, therapeutic exercises and can be used for strengthening of face and neck muscles. Simulator for training facial muscles (version 1) has a flat shape, wherein side parts intended to hold the exercise machine by hands, are thickened. One of the simulator sides has the anatomical shape of the supraorbital ridges with a protrusion on the glabellar area, and on the second side of the exerciser a V-shaped cutout is made. In the second version, one of the exerciser surfaces is provided with a textile base and at least one sticky element for tightening the exercise equipment. Method for training face muscles according to first embodiment consists of following steps: installation of training apparatus for training muscles on frontal part of face, holding the exercise equipment on the sides of the thickened parts so that a tension is created and the simulator rigidly fixes the skin at the location of the exercise apparatus, performing exercises aimed at the operation of the frontal muscle, the procerus muscle, the corrugator supercilii muscle, nasalis muscle, orbicularis oculi muscle, in number of 5–50 times. According to the second version, the facial muscles training method is aimed at operation of the muscle lifting the upper lip and wing of the nose, nasalis muscle, orbicularis oris muscle, masseter muscle, hyoid muscle, zygomaticus major muscle, neck muscles.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables to strengthen face and neck muscles.
