FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the moulding process of large-sized, complex profile ceramics from aqueous slurries. Disclosed is method of producing forming puncheon, which includes application on plastics metal frame of plastic material, for example, gypsum, its processing to required profile and size, application on plastic material of epoxy resin layer with filler from ceramic powder with addition of alcohol, maintenance till its complete drying and hardening, its mechanical treatment by diamond circle to the required profile and dimensions, polishing by diamond skin till necessary roughness. Before polishing, fast polymerizing epoxy adhesive is applied, and polishing is carried out 1–1.5 hours after drying.
EFFECT: technical result is improved surface quality of shaping puncheons.
