SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of measuring levels of saturation with carbon dioxide in beverages of open container. Disclosed method of measuring levels of carbon dioxide in an open container includes: providing an open container beverage in an open container; transfer of the amount of the beverage of the open container into the vessel, which differs from the open container in order to at least partially fill the vessel. Cover is fixed on vessel to form closed volume containing beverage. Sampling device is introduced through the cover for contact with the beverage, and the sample is transferred from the vessel into the measuring device for quantitative determination of the level of carbon dioxide gas volume.
EFFECT: technical result is high accuracy and reliability when measuring levels of saturation with carbon dioxide beverages of open capacity.
