The second dam portion includes a first surface of a side facing away from the base substrate (10) and a second surface of a side facing the base substrate (10), the first dam portion includes a third surface of a side facing away from the base substrate (10) and a fourth surface of a side facing the base substrate (10), and the distance between the first surface and the second surface is greater than the distance between the third surface and the fourth surface.
