FIELD: electrical communication engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of wireless communication networks or systems. Subscriber device (UE) is configured to service a source cell (eNB1) of a source cell of a wireless communication network, wherein the wireless communication network includes a plurality of cells, wherein each cell has a base station (eNB1-eNB3). Subscriber device (UE) is configured with semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) in accordance with the SPS configuration provided by the source base station (eNB1), subscriber device (UE) is configured to support SPS when moving from a source cell to a target cell of a wireless communication network, a subscriber unit (UE) is configured to signal the time of the next SPS packet to the target base station (eNB2).
EFFECT: improving the transmission of control overhead for a user device configured with semi-persistent dispatching of the SPS to reduce the amount of service information.
