FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to orthopedic dentistry, and can be used for making prostheses with complete absence of teeth. Method of making removable dentures, including cone-beam computed tomography, creation by means of optical scanners of three-dimensional models of jaws, head and face of patient, comparison of obtained images in virtual space of software CAD/CAM system. Using anthropometric indices of patient's face, interalveolar height and articulation movements, performing three-dimensional modeling of prosthesis basis and setting teeth, physical models of a jaw, teeth-antagonists and a prototype of a removable denture are made by means of 3D printing of virtual modeled objects. A prototype prosthesis of a removable dental prosthesis in an oral cavity of the patient is tried, approved and selected, after which the virtual image of the prototype of the prosthesis is divided into dentures and a base. On inner surface of teeth facing prosthesis base, formed recesses for mechanical retention during subsequent connection with prosthesis base, simultaneously in basis of prosthesis in projection of formed in denture recesses modeling congruent to holes response elements, then dental rows are milled or printed from medical polymer, wherein color of polymer corresponds to color of patient's teeth. Prosthesis base with dental holes and retention elements is milled or printed from rose-red polymer with color corresponding to gum color. Further, the inner base of the previously printed prototype of the prosthesis, corresponding to the prosthetic bed, is fixed on hard dental silicon, and the obtained silicone pored-in material is fixed by means of articulation wax on the lower platform of the verticulator. Then, using the same method, rigid dental silicone is fixed on the upper platform of the verticulator, which covers the dental arches of the previously printed prototype. Further, the platforms of the verticulator is rigidly fixed by nuts arranged on three metal guides along which the frames move. After structuring the silicone, upper frame of the verticulator is removed and the polymer prototype is removed. Further, a base of the prosthesis milled or printed from rose-red polymer is applied on the lower silicone corresponding to the prosthetic bed. To the silicone with prints of the denture of the prototype fixed on the upper frame of the verticulator, set the dentures are milled or printed from a medical polymer of color corresponding to the color of the patient's teeth. In the space between the dentures and the prosthesis base, a hot polymerisation plastic is added, under the pressure of the fixing screws, the verticulator frames with fixed elements of the prosthesis are brought together and tightly fixed. Further, the whole structure is subjected to hot polymerisation in the verticulator, after which the prosthesis is removed, polished and fixed in the patient's oral cavity; all the elements of the verticulator are made of metal.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is digital modeling and production of a prototype of a removable dental prosthesis with complete absence of teeth and accurate reproduction thereof in a polymer dental prosthesis by computer production.
