FIELD: calculating; counting.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to computer engineering and can be used in a computing environment. Comparison operation uses control element by sign of timed comparator. Control element is obtained from the sign of the clocked comparator, which detects whether arithmetic operations with sign or arithmetic operations which have no sign have to be used in the comparison operation. Control element is then used by the sign of the clocked comparator when comparing the value of the clocked comparator and at least part of the value of the clock pulse generator for detecting whether the selected action should be recognized.
EFFECT: technical result is provision of a time matching means for providing processing in a computing environment.
