SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for detecting the presence of mycotoxins in cereals. Method includes capturing at least one spectrum of absorbing scattered light of a set of cereal grains, capturing at least one spectrum of absorbing scattered light of at least one separate cereal grain from a set of cereal grains and classification of the level of mycotoxin contamination in at least one cereal grain by multifactor analysis of data of at least one spectrum of absorption of scattered light of a set of cereal grains and at least one scattered light absorption spectrum of at least one separate cereal grain.
EFFECT: technical result consists in enabling measurement in an industrial medium of localized infection in unprocessed individual cereal grains.
