FIELD: ventilation and air conditioning.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a filter assembly for a ventilation system, in particular for a decentralized residential ventilation system, to a decentralized ventilation system of residential premises, comprising this filter assembly, and to a ventilation unit, in particular for decentralized systems of ventilation of living quarters. Decentralized ventilation system of living quarters comprises a filter assembly comprising an air duct which comprises an electrostatic precipitator, through which forced airflow is forced to be cleaned, and which passes along predetermined section of air duct, and in a predetermined section of the electrostatic precipitator of the air duct there is additionally provided at least one element of the heat reservoir adjacent to which the air flow flows. Besides, at least one electric fan is connected upstream or downstream relative to the filter assembly, controlled by controller and actuated reversibly in normal operation mode of residential premises ventilation system with that result, that, when there is temperature difference inside and outside, at least one element of heat reservoir can perform heat recovery.
EFFECT: this makes it possible to ensure optimum filtration of fine dust in an energy-saving manner provided compact design dimensions.
