Present invention also relates to a composition for producing tagatose containing tagatoso-6-phosphate phosphatase according to the present invention, and a method for producing tagatose using tagatoso-6-phosphate phosphatase according to the present invention.
EFFECT: invention enables producing tagatose with high efficiency.
