SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and is a method for producing allose from saccharide, including: conversion of fructose-6-phosphate (F6P) to psikose-6-phosphate (hereinafter – P6P), catalyzed by psikose-6-phosphate-3-epimerase (P6PE); conversion of P6P to allozo-6-phosphate (hereinafter – A6P), catalyzed by allozo-6-phosphate-isomerase (A6PI); and conversion of A6P to allose, catalyzed by allozo-6-phosphate-phosphatase (A6PP).

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain allose from saccharide with a high degree of efficiency.
