FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to molding or joining of plastics, in particular, to extrusion molding, namely, passing formed material through nozzles, which impart the required shape to the article, and the possibility of its subsequent machining. In the method of producing polyethylene pipes, secondary material is sorted into wastes of high-pressure polypropylene and polypropylene. Then sorted raw materials, each separately, subjected to crushing, washed produced crushed, which is then agglomerated and granulated, packed into bags. Obtained granules of polyethylene of high pressure and polypropylene are filled in capacity of extruder, and drier is added. If it is necessary to produce a multilayer pipe, the number of extruders increases. A polyethylene pipe is formed from the obtained molten mixture and cut into workpieces. Threads are made at the ends of the workpieces.
EFFECT: creation of ecologically clean technology by manufacture of multilayer technical polyethylene pipes from processed polymer wastes with preservation of required rigidity, mechanical density and adhesion of polyethylene in required limits, simplification of recovery-and-repair works at closed sections of pipeline by method of horizontal directional drilling due to possibility of thread cutting at pipe ends.
