FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to molding or joining plastics. Described is a method of producing polyethylene pipes, in which secondary material is sorted into wastes of high-pressure polypropylene and polypropylene. Then sorted raw materials, each separately, subjected to crushing, produced crushed material is washed, which is then agglomerated and granulated. Obtained granules of polyethylene of high pressure and polypropylene are filled in capacity of extruder, and drier is added. A polyethylene pipe is obtained, which is cut into workpieces, threads being made at the ends of the latter. Composition of the secondary mixture of granules is, wt%: high-pressure polyethylene – 65–70, polypropylene – 25–30, dehydrator – 2–5.
EFFECT: creation of technical polyethylene pipes from processed polymer wastes with preservation of required rigidity, mechanical density and adhesion adhesion of polyethylene in required limits.
