FIELD: safety equipment; vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to provision of safety of people at railway transport. Enclosure against falling of people and animals from railway boarding platform to train movement path is characterized by that, that from platform edge at distance of 3–5 cm in platform body holes are drilled with diameter of 10–15 cm with depth of 120–130 cm. In holes along entire length of platform there are cylinders with rods of same height, spacing between rods is 300–700 cm. Rods are interconnected by a transformer grid. When compressed air is supplied, rods are lifted and the whole structure is lifted. Lifting and lowering of the structure takes place through an electric valve, which is remotely signaled by a driver through a control panel. Electric valve is made with possibility to open after train driver sends signal to receiving device from train station before departure, wherein air under pressure of 8–10 atmospheres from receiver is supplied to cylinders, and they lift all guard structure, after which train drives off. Electric valve is made with possibility of closing after supply by driver on arrival of train to station of corresponding signal to receiving device, wherein pressure in working cylinders falls and guarding structure is lowered, after which doors of cars are opened, the entire barrier structure is made with possibility of flush landing in the slot of the platform body at complete lowering, at that the compressor for air supply under pressure is installed within the station.
EFFECT: as a result, safety of people on platform is increased in anticipation of train.
