FIELD: underground construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in construction of a metro station on a stretch between operated stations on an operating metro line without interrupting train traffic. Method of constructing a metro pylon station using a closed method of performing works on an operating metro line without interrupting train traffic includes construction of middle station tunnel between two operating tunnels, connection of the middle station tunnel, which is constructed from prefabricated elements, with railway tunnels without interruption of train movement and formation of a deep pylon station. In the middle station tunnel, a passenger platform is constructed with technical rooms located under it, in places of passengers passage from middle station tunnel into cars, prefabricated elements of lining of middle tunnel and running tunnels are partially dismantled. Then monolithic reinforced concrete pylons are concreted, in which there are openings for passage of passengers, and running tunnels within metro station are converted into side station tunnels. Between the middle station tunnel and the side tunnels galleries are formed within the station along the existing running tunnels, having monolithic reinforced concrete roof and tray slab. In side station tunnels on the side of galleries monolithic reinforced concrete walls are erected, note here that upper arches and chute plates of lining of galleries on side of side tunnels rest on monolithic walls concreted in side tunnels. On the side of the middle tunnel within the pylons, the arch and the chute plate of the galleries are supported by reinforced concrete pylons, at the rest of the station, the gallery structures are left closed. Between galleries and side station tunnels openings are constructed for passage of passengers, made in monolithic reinforced concrete walls of side tunnels, in which sliding doors are installed on side of side tunnels.

EFFECT: reduction of excavation and low-mechanized works volumes during construction of a pylon station on an operating metro line, guaranteed provision of works without stopping movement of subway lines, reduced consumption of finishing materials during construction of subway station, and increased safety of passengers.
