FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ultrasonic diagnostics, and can be used for subclavian vein (CV) catheterisation by subclavian access under ultrasound control in longitudinal section. Ultrasonic sensor is installed in deltoid-thoracic sulcus and CV is catheterised with maximum front-rear diameter, but not less than 0.7 cm. If value of front-rear diameter CV is less than 0.7 cm patient is placed to obtaining value of front-rear diameter CV not less than 0.7 cm.
EFFECT: method provides successful CV catheterisation by ultrasound control.
