FIELD: manufacturing technology; nanotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to additive 3D-technology of production of volumetric micro-dimensional nanoparticle structures. Device for producing nanoparticles in additive manufacturing of volumetric micro-dimensional structures comprises an aerosol flow generating unit 2 communicated with controlled source 1 of transport gas, unit 3 for optimization of nanoparticles by size and shape, comprising device for heating flow of transport gas with nanoparticles. Outlet 4 of aerosol flow generating unit 2 is communicated with unit 2 for producing aerosol flow with nanoparticles, and outlet 5 is connected with print head 6. Nanoparticle optimization unit 3 is made in the form of working chamber with inlet 7 and outlet 8 optically transparent windows. Device for heating the flow of transport gas with nanoparticles is made in the form of laser-optical device 9 with power regulator 10 and is installed before input window 7 of the optimization unit. Above and under optically transparent windows 7, 8 of nanoparticle optimization unit 3 laser radiation power meters 11, 12 are installed, and at inlet 13 and outlet 14 of flow of transport gas with nanoparticles of optimization unit there are analyzers 15, 16 of sizes of nanoparticles.
EFFECT: simplification of obtaining optimal size of nanoparticles in automatic mode for their sintering on a substrate.
