FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to additive 3D-technology of production of volumetric micro-dimensional nanoparticle structures. Device comprises a unit for producing an aerosol stream with nanoparticles, which is communicated with a source of transport gas, a head connected to a source of protective gas with a nozzle for focusing an aerosol flow with nanoparticles on a substrate, unit for optimization of nanoparticles by size and shape, input of which is interconnected with unit for producing aerosol flow with nanoparticles, and output – with head nozzle, and laser-optical sintering device on substrate of deposited nanoparticles. Nanoparticle optimization unit is made in the form of a head coaxially located relative to the nozzle and a working chamber placed inside the housing with input and output optically transparent windows at the ends. Laser-optical sintering device on deposited nanoparticles substrate is configured to heat aerosol with nanoparticles in transport gas flow, is installed before inlet opening of optimization unit coaxially to head nozzle and is equipped with collimating system and focusing lens arranged between output window of optimization unit and head nozzle.
EFFECT: facilitating adjustment of parameters of the process of manufacturing of volume micro-dimensional structures from nanoparticles.
